Woodbury Days has partnered with these organizations for collaborations, to broaden the reach of our mission to bring the community together and to create a greater sense of community. Please support these events in the spirit of Woodbury Days!

AUGUST 12TH
Live Brave 5k and 1 mile
Hosted by: Live Brave

Live Brave is excited to collaborate with Woodbury Days in 2023 to encourage the community to participate in a fun, feel-good fitness event! Our organizations share a mutual vision and mission of increasing community engagement and well-being. At Live Brave, we understand the benefits that exercise has on not only our physical health, but our mental health as well. We aim to provide a safe, inclusive and fun opportunity for the community to be active at our annual road racing events. Live Brave is the week prior to Woodbury Days, so join us and “kick off” our community celebration! All ages and abilities are welcome, and kids 12 & under run free in our 1 mile event.

Live Brave events seek to support eating disorder awareness, prevention and recovery, and more broadly, youth mental health. Race donations will go directly to the newly-formed Live Brave Fund, a part of the Woodbury Community Foundation, and be dispersed to local non-profit organizations that advocate for eating disorders and the mental health of our youth population (including www.withall.org).
